Best primers, adhesive, grout combination?

Hi,

I've got a mix of plaster board and skimmed walls, I was going to use BAL Prime APD, tiles are just thin ceramic ones. Which ady and grout should I use?

Any poitners to other primer/ady/grout combinations much appreciated? Are the anti-stain grouts worth it? Should the grout for the shower area be a particular type?

You want to tank the shower area. Prime all plaster with a primer. Tile with a cement-based or suitable dispersion (bucket) adhesive. And then grout with a cement-based grout.

What brand you use is your call. But I would make sure I used all the same brand products to make sure all guarantee's are solid and can't be questioned should anything ever fail due to products used.
