Best product to seal slate floor and grout

Hi


I have just regrouted my kitchen floor and need to seal the grout to stop it getting so grubby again. I am looking for something with a clear or matt finish (not glossy) that will seal the grout to protect form staining but also the slate tiles as well.


Any ideas anyone?

Universeal is very good. Invisible when dry, doesn't change the appearance of the surface at all.
