best sealer for traventine tiles

hi just bought some traventine tiles and was wondering what was the best sealer to buy ,they tryed selling me meta creme in the shop at £50 a bag and i would need 2 bags for my 20 sq meters of tiles is it the best and worth £100 or is there a cheaper just as good (i know you normally get what you pay for ) but just checking before i bought it

I use LTP Mattstone

I have started to use metacreme and find it very easy to apply and the results so far have fantastic. It is a once only treatment, so there is no ongoing or repetitive maintenance. Also it is water based so there is no smell.

Please note that it leaves the tile in its original state, so if you are looking for a gloss/satin finish say on a slate it will not give you this.

Haha TJ if you're comparing Newcastle to a tile sealer, the equivalent would be covering the floor with a solid piece of glass......20mm thick
