I think aspahlt is used when objects need to be reused in a short time as the asphalt can be used in a short time - like the a.m. supermarket. The tilers had 2 weeks for 1000 m2 on the asphalt, meanwhile the active part of the market was still busy and emptied the last week. Then the tilers had 1 week to
tile the active part (620 m2) and afterwards, after 3 weeks all in all, the market started business again. It was a tough time for my client but evrything went well.
That makes perfect sense...the asphalt is ready to
tile on within hours,concrete takes weeks.BAL do make also a green screed compound for concrete not yet set,this seems to be used also on larger contracts .....Gaz
