My new Connect also broke down once, and the dealers said "yep no probs, we'll fix it" great I thought, "you gonna give me a van so I can keep on working"

"oh yea, we'll sort something out" and proceeded to start writing out a form to give me a brand new focus. I said "you do realise I work on building sites? I will trash the focus" this guy just looked at me, then said "if you damage it, we will charge you"

I stomped off to his bosses office, interrupted a phone call and explained the situation, and the manager told me he would have a van ready in one hour.
