bodged wetroom repair job quote

Hey Gang,
I have just been asked to quote for repairs on a wetroom job that has been bodged. I`ll list the repairs and perhaps I can get some advice on how best to achieve these repairs best suited to the problem.The tiles are glazed ceramic.

Some of the tiles have been badly chipped and need replaced.How best to remove and replace tiles ?

The cuts around some of the bathroom acsesserories are horrendous (uneven and excessive).

The grout has been contaminated with excessive adhesive in parts.How can I remove grout without marking the tiles ?

personally i would remove all chipped and uneven cut tiles,using either a grout rake or fein,this will also be used for raking out the grout well enough that you can regrout without the adhesive showing through

Just go carefull with tanking behind the tiles, don't want more aggro than your expected to do

try one of them exakt saws - set the depth against a tile (the measurements on the side are massively inaccurate), then cut away the grout safe in the knowledge you wont hit the tanking.
