Hi, hopefully someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
I'm tiling a lobby and adjacent cloakroom floor using 600x300mm porcelain tiles in a stretcher bond layout. The two rooms are adjacent one another and resemble an 'H' shape on plan.
If I set the lobby floor out and run the bond uninterrupted into the cloakroom I end up with some thin cuts which looks awful. I'd like to break the bond in the cloakroom doorway to allow the two rooms to be set out individually, but dont want to use an edging strip. Will a wet saw give me a fine enough finished edge to allow me to cut a strip the thickness of the door lining to lay at 90 degrees to the normal bond in the door opening?
Thanks for any advice.
