Brick slips

never fitted these before been asked to quote kitchen splashback with a sloped ceiling tomorrow what special considerations should i allow in fitting and pricing these ? and where would be the best place to get them ? many thanks

not sure yet mate going to measure up tomorrow the customer has a couple of samples just said they are brick slips told her i have not fitted them before but would do some research before i attempt ,just didn't want to go round there completely blind

just like a terracotta so would seal them in the kitchen if they are a splash back would depend on what type they are if they are a man made slip or real bricks or reclaims can be soft clay to like a quarry tile

no idea what that sealer is like but the slips can be from soft clay to almost vitrified so the sealers can be from one end of the spectrum to the other some tiles you can grout but some you have to point

how many is she after if its not many choose a brick and you can cut them easy on a dewalt

that looks like a cut off a brick like these but a lot softer as not the face but the inside of the brick
