Broken Van

My van decided this morning that it wasn't going to let me take the handbrake off, so I've had to come to work in a Toyota penis, I somehow feel like I've lost a bit of manliness

I wouldn't worry mate, I hired a car for the weekend a fortnight ago and got saddled with a Toyota Aygo!

It was just the pool car from the garage mate, it wasn't too bad to be fair, pretty nippy but not my thing really, automatic and feels a bit eerie driving round town with no engine noise. I like proper manual cars with V6's and V8's!

Cables or caliper? Keep in mind that you got 4 cables on your hand brake system

I'm guessing it was the cable near the actual hand brake? Not where it splits beyond that?

Just the cables fortunately, I thought it might have to have the rear calipers done as they are prone to breaking on the vivaro, but not this time, a lucky escape!

Yeah it was frayed and stretched right at the front.
