Hopefully I will get some brownie points for this one. The wife was looking for a lamp stand and all the ones she was looking at was in the hundreds of ££££££££ bracket. I knocked this up today while she is out. Left over Wedi and left over mosaics cost me nothing but 3 hours of my time (bloody hope she likes it now)

Obviously measured with lamp table in mind. Who says you should never add 10% on the measure :lol:

The tiles are from a steam room I tiled about 3 years ago.http://www.tilersforums.com/members/deanotile-albums-spa-room-dna-tiling-picture42260-6085.jpg There was a problem with the first lot of tiles and the room had to be striped and re done so I ended up with a few sheets left over (12 actually) there was about 50 odd m2 so 12 sheets is not to bad. They have sat in my garage for 3 years and now they have come in handy.

Is it 3 sides and the top or did you do the back as well and is it that expensive mosaic with the gold leaf!

don’t think they are gold leaf but they was very expensive and yes m8 all four sides and top.

No m8 not mitred just worked it to a full tile all the way around and used the chamfer you get on the back of glass mosaics as the mitre
