Loads of wetsaws have sliding beds.. from dewalts to felkers..

Dewalt seem to make quite a big deal out of the fact that their bed is unique in the write up for the d24000.

Their rail system might be..? but deffo not on the sliding bed..

I'd never noticed all the other cutters with a similar design until I started looking for a new one. Had a look at the Brutus and it looks well made but the sliding bed didn't slide very well, so yeah, maybe its the rails that have the patent.

Just had a trade leaflet through the door from Topps, these are down to £400 now. Don't know if they are any good and don't want one but it seems quite a decent price to me?

My Topps have still got the same one in stock from when this thread started! £400 is about 1/3 off, they must be struggling to shift them.
