Bumpy tiles

Thinking of some white glossy bumpy tiles for a bathroom.

There will be a 2 piece flush fitting back to the wall toilet to be fitted after.
(the type where you see no gap from back of toilet to the wall)

Anybody had any problems with this or should i be looking at flat tiles?

It will be fine, the toilet wont sit perfectly against the wall with them or flat tiles

WC's and basins are rarely completely 'square' or even , so I wouldn't worry about it - Just make sure its level before fixing then either leave it as is or put a tidy siicone seal around the join between pan and wall
