Aye but will his time runout before he can get the other 8 goals. Makes you realise footballers careers arent that short watching his performance, or my life is moving very slowly!:sad_smile:

Good result tonight but still got my doubts. Think shaun wright philips is so over rated it is untrue, bloke shouldn't be in the squad nether mind the starting 11.
Good performance though and think we will now push on and qualify with no probs. Think once some of the injured players start coming back we could become a good force once again, be nice to be able to see Rooney coming on after his injury instead of the likes of Crouch, some teams must pi** thereselves laughing when they see someone like crouch coming on. Nice to see Gerard with that free role instead of ****ing useless Lampard holding him up.

I'll reckon shaun wright philips looked like a schoolboy scared to get stuck in, 3 times he dipped of backed off from challenges in the box. The goal chance he genuinely looked as if he was trying to fix the match, a pro would have nailed that at least in the direction of the goal, not looking over his shoulder for fear of a challenge,the soft lad
