I'd really push using Ditra for this Diamond, as there will be lots of moisture around on this job, if any damp gets into the ply then there will be lots of hassle for the everyone, the Ditra will tank all the floor areas,as well as being a great membrane to tile onto wood with.

What i do for a big job like this and the customer is supplying i send them a shopping list, and one to Lilly Tile and Stone, they'll sort out the adhesives. grout etc and the Ditra cheaper than anyone i've found.
Before anyone asks, no i'm not on commision, i wish i was i've bunged loads their way!!
They are on the ball, with the right gear at the right price.
