Can I use ceramic tiles in an outbuilding?

Hi Guys

I'm a newbie, so please be gentle .... hope you can give me a little guidance.

I am going to have a lot of ceramic floor tiles left over from my kitchen floor project, just enough to possibly use in a small outbuilding that I have. It's a brick built construction, very dry, with a smooth concrete floor. The floor is approx 10inches deep.

My question, can I use my leftover ceramic tiles in the outbuilding.
Have searched the forums and googled, and all I can find is information regarding frost rated tiles for use outdoors ... can't find any info about installation in an outbuilding. Hence, i'm not sure how much of an issue the frost aspect really is.

Unfortunately, I don't know the frost rating on the tiles (I would be surprised if they even have a frost rating).

Any help or advice is very much appreciated

If it's an enclosed building should be ok

Yes, it's an enclosed building.

Do you think I should take any precautions ... Would any backing boards, or a damproof course of any type help to protect? ... or is that a bit pointless.

Also, any special adhesives? .... or would a good quality BAL adhesive, such as Single Part Flexible be up to the job?

Bal single part would be fine, I would prime the floor first with bal apd or mapei g.

If it is really cold when you think of laying the tempreture wants to be 5 degs and rising to avoid the addy freezing which could end up in failure

Will only be fitting these in the spring, so all OK on that front.
Will get some APD and go for it!
