Can wooliscroft versatile flooring and cladding tiles be laid smooth side down to give a non slip surface, if so do I need to use any specific adhesive or technique,
Yes, these tiles can be laid either way up, depending on the look/security that you are after. Normal techniques/adhesives appropriate to your substrate and tile choice is all that is required, bearing in mind this tile is a vitreous tile.
