Can this be mitred? What tool is the best?

Hi Everyone! I am asking for a professional advise. Can this tile be mitred? What's the best tool to do it with?

Personally I use a 4” grinder with an expensive continuous rim blade.
Others may suggest a wet tile cutter, but quicker and less clear up if you just use a grinder outside
