Looking for a caravan, 5/6 berth with all the extras, budget of £3000 so I dont expect the best. Any expert advice would be good.

caravanning is becoming fashionable again so prices are on the increase from what I've seen. there's nothing like having a home from home with everything and a kitchen sink in it snaking behind you as you drive around the Great British countryside :yesnod:

As my daughter says quite often Dave............chillax man.............


spending £1100.00 every month working away so looking for an alternative. Caravans seems to be the best bet.

motherinlaw (dragon) has recently done this . didn't come up to bad .they tow a small car , they are currently touring oz (thank god) happy days

we bought one of my Uncle for £3k Its a 96 4 birther shower in the back came with all the bits awning motor mover winter cover etc in fact the only things we bought for it were new tyres and a flyswat

since found it already had a flyswat

for £3k we did really well as the breakdown is
awning £ 800
motor mover £ 1k
Winter cover £ 300
all the barrels and leads £300 ish

flyswat £ 4

just use your nose( for Damp ) and try to buy privately
