There has been a few threads and photos of those pvc ceilings ...what are they called and any links to where I can find more details ?
PS how easy are they to install ?

I have fitted them before. Just get them from a local bathroom showroom.

There's no details of the product but the number is there to contact them. I'm sure somebody like TP would sell these.

I normally run a level baton around perimeter of room and then screw batons to existing joists. Because they are so light I just use a staple gun (a bit like secret nailing for t&g floorboards)

It also gives you a perfectly level ceiling to tile up to

Be careful with the pvc ceiling as if you have sealed spotlights (ip65) were the bath or shower is. It will eventually leave rings around the light through cause of the heat. Stopped using them 2 years ago because of this issue! Just a bit of a heads up

Good point, it does actually say that they are susceptible to temperatures over 65 degrees I think

They don't tell you that do they? :mad2: How to measure the temperature of spotlights, sparks may know operating temps of these lights
