ceramic tile trim

evening all
start my first paying job tomorrow just been to customers to do some preperation bits .she has bought a ceramic tile trim for the bath ,cove shaped about 6" long . have never used these before .any tips on fixing ,it actually comes with free silicone for fixing .do i fix when the bath is full like the tiles and i leave gap between each piece.:whatchutalkingabout

yes davey mate..use the silcone that comes with it..or your own which ever you find easy to use....leave about a 1mm space so you can inject some silicone in the joint....It is best to stick them on first then when set, then silicone the joints..this way they don't move about as you try to silicone them.....dont forget the soapy water to get a nice finish.....

Also forgot to say weight the bath down with water whilst sticking them on and drying..it will stop the silicone splitting when they use the bath.....

Centre the back wall and then the corner(mitred) pieces will be the same size...use your wet saw to cut YES ...
