I absolutely adore the stuff. I'm very much a cambozola man myself and at Xmas I sure do all out, there must be fifteen different kinds in my fridge!!!

Cheese strings myself - I'm a fan of stilton, wensleydale, emmental, edam and ricotta for cheesecakes. Quite like the cheeses with the fruit in as well, cranberries apricot that sort of thing.

Bavarian Blue is my favourite cheese in the world.
Have it all the time in Spain at my folks' place and ASDA used to stock it but can't find it anywhere now.

This is my ciabatta I made today, ran through with sweet red pepper and sun blushed tomato! Killing the cheeses with it!! Currently munching a scotch bbonnet preserve cheese!! SPICY!!!!!
