Don't personally do plumbing as I have a large network of plumbers who do not tile. I find that it works well for me to let them do my plumbing and me do their tiling. Constant supply of work.
I have a very good friend who is an A1 plasterer. I have started learning with him.
I can still offer the complete service if needed - but use other trades in my network for the bits I can't do. Keeps them happy & get plenty of work in return from them.
