Concrete high point removal.

What do you use to get rid of hight points in a conrete floor ? rest of the floor is flat but not bubble level. the high point is around 3ft by 2ft and around 4/5mm in high ?

How big is the floor? If it was a smallish floor I'd self level round it. It kills 2 birds as you'd lose the high spot and get a perfectly level floor. Not cost effective on a large floor though.
