screw down every 250mm in a grid format and prime the ply with primer g.Use a flexible adhesive and flexible grout.
Dave, what other way is there to prime ply m8?Do you mean the adhesivbe manufacturer and not the primer?Always been told to prime ply to seal ply so it doesnt absorb the moisture from the adhesive...confused me a bit m8.Always read the manufactures instructions....to see how they recommend priming the ply....
Do you mean ratios 1part primer to 1part water etc?Dave, what other way is there to prime ply m8?Do you mean the adhesivbe manufacturer and not the primer?Always been told to prime ply to seal ply so it doesnt absorb the moisture from the adhesive...confused me a bit m8.
This is correct if you wish for a guarantee. Dave also points out that back and sides have to be sealed with Bal Bond SBR prior to fixing down. These are recommended for our adhesives, some will differ regards priming surface, read instructions or ring manufacturer if in any doubt....GazI was of the opinion it had to be 18mm ply to use SPF otherwise 2 part would be needed?
