last week i tiled one kitchen floor 11m2 porc including removal and refitting of skirting, plinths, door and 3 appliances. one bathroom - remove door, wc, basin, ped and bath pannel, strip tiles, make good and prime, lift lino lay ci matting tile floor and walls 18m2 porc, refit suite and new screen and riser rail. 4 days work, all included in price no one else needed to help and no dead time waiting for subbies, all profit mine and the tax mans.
