Could this be my new career?

Hi All,
I'm fairly new to all this so I have been browsing this site and have found it very useful already. I completed a course over there in the UK last November and have been doing a few jobs here (Ireland) since.
I'm not sure yet if I will pack up the day job and go full time tiling, I need to get my speed and confidence up and then see what happens.
I will no doubt have questions for you all soon................Please Help

Hi mate, welcome to the forums.

Im in a similar possition too, still doing my normal job, did a course then tiled my kitchen then bathroom.
Now I feel I can do a good enough job to start doing some paying jobs to get my speed up and luckly I work shifts, so I get 4 days off after every 4 days on shift, so that will give me plenty of time to get a job here and there between shifts.

If you are in a similar possition then do that, if not it can be tricky packing in the normal job and go full time tiling until you get a good reputation and customer base, if you need a decent constant income.
