Cracked Tile?

Anybody know what's happened here job was only done few months back looks like a crack but can't be sure silicon is coming away aswell. There is also under floor heating

Does the crack run up the bottom wall tile as well ?

Just on floor tile wall tile seems fine

Does the floor tile sound hollow if tapped ?

Sounds ok. When I run my hand over tile though does feel as if there's a slight bevel like not flat

Timber floor? Excessive movement?

Was plywood on floor. Think I might just pull up tile and lay another one just hope it doesn't happen again

Just remembered it was wedi board on floor

How was the wedi board fastened down? Also, were the tiles grouted around the perimeter ?
