Cracked tiles

How's about this
Nothing to do with me,it's a house I'm working on,he wants me to re tile bathroom,every wall tile,and I mean every,has a crack in it

Id say at the most , 3 years, he inly moved in august.
Its brick(cavity) but drylined not wet plaster

Could be dot dab with cement base adhesive and if it shrinks when drying it can crack the tiles. Just one of a number of things it could be. .

But every tile seems weird andy , could be a fault

Could this not be down to thermal shock.. tiles stored outside and fitted into a hot house?

This is an unusual one !, i like the sound of thermal expansion !, did they allow room for expansion within the tiling ?
