As a supplier you can imagine I get asked a lot of technical questions by potential customers.
Some straight forward. Some need a bit of thinking.
I have to say the craziest (dumest?) question I got asked was today.
This is it
The listing for the 6mm diamond drill bit states in the advert 4 x 6mm Is the 4 the length of the drill bit or the quantity of drill bits for this order?
The listing is a little confusing. Many thanks Martin
Now honestly guys.... Is this just some idiot out on a wind up mission? Or is this a genuine bona-fide customer question.
I mean would we really sell a drill bit 4mm in length to fit into the chuck of a drill and then to drill a 9mm tile? I think I've heard it all now....
But I am sure in your trades you get to hear dumb questions all the time. Perhaps dumb is too harsh. Maybe naive is a better word.
If you dont believe me ( [DLMURL="http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130046437571"]Check the ad out here[/DLMURL] ) Its right at the bottom of the ebay ad
