Cutting glass mosaic tiles

I us my angle grinder for a lot of shaping but it is a bit aggressive sometimes so I was looking at getting a variable speed one has any one got any recommendations for a good but inexpensive variable speed angle grinder

I have a Metabo variable speed grinder, cant remember the price as Ive had it a while. I use my Makita cordless grinder most of the time. Dont try and cut the mosaics in one go as they will shatter, do it gradually going over them 2-3 times. Also use a grout float to keep them steady so they dont move about too much.

how do you get on not having the guard on then ? does it not kick up a lot of stuff towards your eyes ?,i use a corded de--walt and as Sharon says lightly go over two three times as i find to cut straight in chips the edges of the mosaic .......
