Cutting holes in tiles for soil waste

Someone posted not too long ago about how to but out for a soil waste when it falls in the middle of a tile.
I had to do this today. I always use my angle grinder for this. Didn't get too many photos because it was starting to spit with rain and didn't fancy getting zapped by 240v!
Think you'll get the general idea from the pictures but feel free to ask any questions.

I hate them! Had them in my box for ages now and thought id try them out on this floor as its only a 6'x7' room. Laid about 7 tiles and went back to my spacers.

I carry a few for brick bonding poo tiles that are bowed. There's always the odd one that needs pulled out a bit and pushed in on the bond.

I couldn't get on with them at all. Found that they also make the joint less than 3mm so the tub of spacers had to come out anyway.

i tried them once..I went through my van yesterday and found them at a bottom of a bucket..they're in the bottom of the bin now.

I dare not throw them away. They were so expensive!!

My old faithful lee! The only tool I've not had to replace in almost 13 years. Its had a few re-wires but that's all.
I am on the look out for a variable speed one though. Any ideas?

My ryobis lasted til I didn't want to fork out for the new batteries. Great tools IMO.

The normal ni-cad batteries are rubbish. But the lithium ones are great. Got the quick charger for them as well so never run out for long.
Was sometimes waiting a couple of hours to charge the old style ones only to get half an hours use from it.

Just done two today, one for the extractor and one for shower valve, same method, perfect circle.

I keep a cut off of pipe in my box & use a tile scribe round the outside then take it out with the grinder & snips, works a wee treat..

This was a socket connection from a 90 degree elbow coming through the floor. But found the front of the curve and used the profile tool to start it off then used the new pan connector to draw around.
