After years of working strictly on residential, i'm tinkering with the idea of doing some site work. Done an EWPA as some of you may remember, last year.

Looking at some work available, those that are advertising through employment agencies are asking for a CV?? I have my portfolio, my CV was written around 14/15 years ago when i first left the Army. No relelvence at all, i wouldn't know how to write a CV for my tiling and trade work.

Anyone have any guidance here? Or an example i can browse at? Do you guys use CV's or do you let pictures and papers speak for themselves?

I'm in the same boat Ali, not needed a CV for years, but I only want to do private work, never want to stray on to sites unless push comes to shove.

Good luck mate.
