D 2400 replacement blade.

I can´t find the thread on dressing the diamond blade, so if anyone has the link I would be grateful.
I cut a wetstone block a few times, but it only lasted a day or so. That´s because I am cutting porcelano. Maybe I needed to cut it more??

Also,the Dewalt blade is excellent, but any suggestions on an alternative please.

I have this in my Dewalt saw... it is an amazing blade.. not cheap but well worth it.

As for the wheel dressing a good chunk of sandstone does the trick.

p.s.... is the blade you have suitable for porcelain.. the earlier dewalt blades weren't..

The saw is a year old and only used it of late for the porcelano tiles. Not sure which one it would be, but it has done two rooms and held up well. Lucky I had the machine, I never knew how hard this stuff was. If I was charging, I would double the price for porcelano, its murder.

Sandstone. Not sure where to get that here. I thought it was also said to cut a sharpenning stone.

Sharpening stones are good, but when gone, a chunk of sandstone is usually laid about some places , even in spain..lol..

Dewalt do a porcelain blade as well.. but the montolit blade is a very good one and will even cut that grade 5 pocelenato which are very hard.
