Dame Elizabeth Taylor, one of the 20th Century's biggest movie stars, has died in Los Angeles at the age of 79.

In her prime, she was arguably one of the world's greatest actresses and most beautiful women.

It's a strange feeling that, for me anyhow, I remember her best in Cleopatra, in black and white and completely in control of the scene somehow..., one of those people who are just part of life somehow, that they can die like everyone else.
And i talso occured to me that since the advent of TV until very recently it had only been tv-stars and important politicians that got immortalised on the silver screen, now, with Youtube, everyone can be, it's so strange ...

Yes, rest in peace, Liz, if you want to - you might get a bit bored though..
