sometimes with large format tiles if they are bowed, on the back of the tile there is an arrow so you can lay them all the same way,they are called directional, as regards to sizes just check the batch no. before you start if they are different get them changed, most manufacturers suffer with different sizes with each production run, only porcelanosa have any consistency that I have come across
