Decoupling Mat

:hurray:Hi has anyone used Genesis GMAT decoupling mat before, ive got a couple of jobs with this it seems it is installed the same as ditra, flexi adhesive 6 mill trowel, just wanted to know if anyone has used it and what they thought, Cheers Mick.

Not used it but thought it was just for on wooden substrates
- stand to be corrected though

Looked on the net and answered my own question - I was wrong - it appears it can be used on other substrates. Still not used it though - probably not much help eh! Sorry

How do you put it down? Is it 3mm bed spf then matt, then tile on top?

about 4mm but yes its a picnic but get the air out its so quick lol

finished putting the G mat down its a doddle will be using this stuff again flexi adhesive 6 mm trowel and then just flatter with trowel getting any air out same as ditra i presume
