Devi not working

Hi, I have install lots of heating matts with no problems for 15 years
Lots of devi butec etc.
install on xmas on a job and was working fine for 3 months no problems.
then get report it's cold, went and replaced the controller, no resistance on matt?
Where do you start?

Matt is under Imperband in wett room with rec porcelain on top

Devi think the mat end could be burnt out

Ouch! That doesnt sound like fun.
Are Devi going to send some1 out? Devi claim to replace any of their mats and pay for all the work to put it right. Of course that is only if it is a fault with the product.

They have a free phone number! I have called them and it needs sorting.
I have to measure the resistance to give them a location as to where it has burnt out between earth the back and the blue wires.
Need to go back to job in the morning, 35 miles away!
