Do I need epoxy grout?

Hey guys, gotta quote for mosaic design above a canteen servery at a college. Areas to be tiled are walls above and pillars but not near the work tops etc am I right in thinking I don't need epoxy grout?

If youre talking about the public side of the servery and not in the kitchen then I wouldntve thought so. But if alot of steam is going to effect the mosaic above the servery then it wouldnt do any harm to use epoxy.
