does this price sound right?

25m2 uncallibrated riven slate on an opus romano style. I get it to £1750.00. The substrate is concrete, and client wants an 8m2 heat mat, (I advised 160w/m2). My price includes all materials apart from the tiles. I look forward to your replies By the way, I got the job because the client had been on TF and did some research first, got some other quotes that were far cheaper too

I think your bang on there Doug. Id book a week for it and with luck be done in 4 days.

Wonder what the cheepest quote was? There is a fair bit of work there to do it correctly!

I've allowed approx 20 hours for prepping, ie insulation boards, 8m2 heat mat, slc'ing and decoupling. Then approx 30 hours for tiling, grouting and sealing.Starting it tuesday evening and will have to get done by Sunday 'cos I'm off on holiday then:smilewinkgrin:

£70 per m2 sounds fair to me doug. What type of ufh is it? I like to use Devi, not the cheapest but easy to work with
