Funny: I have a couple of plastic Tesco roll cage bases that make superb dollies. They'd probably like 'em back at some point no doubt...! Got some euro container dollies too and some timber ones that fit through a door and in a lift.

A good tip is to have them with two fixed wheels otherwise they can a pain to control when dragging. Cut an old ratchet strap or seat belt webbing to pull with.
