I need to fit a blind to a window recess tiled with porcelain tiles which means drilling two holes upwards into the top side of the recess.

I have the set of drills from 365 Drills but don't see how I drill upward and keep the drill tip cool without a whole lot of water running down into the drill.

Any ideas guys?
