I've had a look through the forum to see if anyone else has asked the same questions: apologies if this is a repeat!
We have an Edwardian house with square-edged ceramic tiles in the bathroom. Although a bit battered, we want to keep these. Gaps between the tiles vary, from hairline to 3mm (bit of movement over the years).
Main problem is that there is black/brown staining between the tiles. This I think I can clean, old toothbrushes and dilute bleach/fancy grout cleaner. But how to I then seal up the gaps?
Ordinary grout obviously fine for some parts, but the hairline/0.5 mm areas are a puzzle to me.
Would be most grateful for your collective advice.
Thanks
Mark
