Etch Marks Help

Hi lads am going to take a few pics 2morr then you can tell me what type of floor it is

I have tryed loads of ways to cleaning them but no luck grrr

Use the insert image tab in post reply.. it looks like a photo pic.......^^ . pics need to be no bigger than 2400x1200

Sorry guys we got this sorted i use MDR which removers hard water marks,but am off work now bue to a broken shin bone grrrr

Hard to tell. If its a 150x150, it looks like Multiversatile cream laid flat side up which is a porcelain. If its bigger than that, I've no idea
