Evo stick tile adhesive

It's been years since I worked with Evo stick fast set flexi grey adhesive, but today was my unlucky day 600 x 600 polished porcelain ! Hateful to trowel terrible colour , messy between the joints and really sandy rips your hands to shreds! Sad thing about it is I've another 50m to do!

Was it the red bags of Quick Set? Not fussed on it myself but don't mind the Technik range.
