Trying to find some info about Excel Bond SBR from Tile Clearing House.

Does anyone have any info on who makes it. Tried searching online but cannot find any info anywhere, even on here.

I have a feeling it could be made by Palace Chemicals who make Toppfix adhesive for Topps. TCH is part of Topps.
