I have recently had an op on my knee and am not as mobile as i could be.
I dont want to stop taking some work but am thinking may be able to subcontract a bit where other members might want to work with my employees if they have odd days short of work, due to delays etcc.

Wouldnt be able to sub whole job as my business name is my real name and i have to oversee from start to finish and most of my jobs are recommendations from stone shops/architects.
It would be more a case of mucking in with my guys and it might help both parties.

I have been posting some pictures of recent works over last 6 weeks to give any other members an idea of sort of work i do if they want reference
if we think we can do something together.

I need to find out first who is in my area.
Is there a quick way of doing this on this site.
Keying in a postcode didnt work.
I opertate within an hour and 15 mins of esher in surrey, and also do some jobs in cotswolds.

Would then need to discuss suitability to each other rates etcc.

Generally you'd need to post the job details and your requirements per job in the following forum: I'm Looking for a Wall and Floor Tiler
Then allow people to message you etc.

But if you find a couple of guys in this thread you've created then you're laughing.

Sounds like it could be a really good thing for the lucky ones that get a bit of work from it so thanks. :)

Generally the easier we make it for people to sign up the better, and a lot of people get a bit fussy about protecting their online identity so I've never had it as a requirement to sign up on here to be honest. If I changed it now we'd still end up with thousands without their area filled in anyway to perhaps a bit pointless.

But yeah if you post a job as and when you get them in the lads will contact you who are looking for work. Then obviously once you've had a working relationship with a couple of them you'll probably have found somebody you can use time and time again. If they get too busy with their own work or whatever just post the next job you get again on the forum.
