Do you
need to cut holes into very hard materials? We produce diamond drilling kits for the construction industry, supplying professional installers, tilers, plumbers, builders, electricians and commercial shop fitters etc.
Although diamond is expensive it delivers superior results compared to carbide by cutting quicker and easier through very hard material such as large format porcelain tiles, marble, travertine, solid granite worktops as well as softer material such as ceramic tile, glass, fiberglass, mirror, pottery, fiberglass and more.
Perhaps you are involved in a commercial project such as an airport, hotel, restaurant or retail outlet. Or installing a residential bathroom or kitchen. Our tile drills are the ideal solution for cutting all stone including the hardest known grade (C5) porcelain tiles.

Please also note we have the PORSADRILL water sponge which has three useful points.

1) By holding it underneath the rotating holesaw it cools the diamond crown by removing heat.

Hold under diamond holesaw to cool the crown as you drill

2) E
limination of dust exposure for the installer.

Dust is drawn into the sponge mixing with water and stopping it getting airborne.

3) Cleaner and neater installation site

With all the dust contained within the sponge its just a simple matter of dunking the sponge into a pail of water and squeezing it out. Because the dust is minimal there is less mess to mop up at the end of the job.

Please note that you may recieve in the post something that looks like an old flip-flop. Do not worry! - Just add to water.
Here is a 20 second guide.
