Hi

I am building a fireplace into which a Jotul wood burnig stove will be fitted.

I would like to use natural stone tiles to face the inside of the fireplace - will they tolerate the heat?

Similarly, what heat-resistant adhesive and grouting should be used?

i am tiling an identical type fire place, depending on what stone you are useing i.e. slate or marble as to what colour adhesive to use but use bal rapid set flexible and wide joint grout with bal GT1 admix.
