Floor adhesive

Hi Guys,
Been to look at a new build with over 100m of limestone to be tiled onto screed with
wet underfloor heating.Customer tells me the tile supplier is telling him he doesn't need
to decouple as they have a new flexi floor adhesive for this type of job that can be used
without decoupling,Dont know the name yet but has anybody heard about this?

First of all.... wot is the screed type and has it been commissioned yet.?

There are adhesives on the market which have been manufactured to give the same anti fracture resistance as the manufactured anti crack sheet membranes, Laticrete make one but I cant remember the name of the product

Dont know the screed type yet as only spoke to the customers wife,No mains
electric to house yet so no commissioning will have been done.

Hi Guys,
Got the spec on the floor,the screed is Gyvon,the adhesive is granfix csa,
Spec says moisture content must be 0.5%,screed should be left 2 days per mm of
thickness.No heating for 7 days after tiling,no mention of floor commisioning.
Expantion joint all way round each room and any 10m runs.
Anybody used this method? any thoughts?

granfix csa is fine to use with gyvlon screed also says no need to prime, no mention about not needing to decouple , plus its slow set addy 3hr pot life

which imo creates more chance of staining the limestone

i use granfix products,just phone technical department and they will point you in the right direction,very good products imo
