Floor rotary buffers/polishing machines

Hello guys,
Just wondering whether anyone else uses rotary floor buffing machines for large floors.
Ive bought a Victor 400 and use white pads to buff porcelain tiles and have had no issues.
Usually able to grout, wipe off, then buff without necessity of a second clean down.
A vacuum after and a bit of spot wiping in corners and job done.
Saves alot of elbow grease and gets great results.
Haven't tried it yet with polished porcelain, would be a bit hesitant about possible sctatching.
Any advise from experienced users?

After impregnating my polished porcelains or deep cleaning , I will generally buff over them after an hour or so with a dry white pad,I use a mid speed numatic rotary, remove the weights and tank. key is as always testing . Main thing is to remove all loose grits Hoover through,brushes down and carry the hoover ,not pull it around( scoring with wheels) never had a problem

are ready, as I understand it ....
I use raimondi supertitina, white pad I use for rough tiles.

for polished tiles, use a softer material, which I found in the plasterboard walls. It must be an acoustic insulator. I tried it and it works well.
But here, many years, that I do not use porcelain polished ...
